Mossop’s Manuka honey is a blend honey sourced from various areas throughout the North Island from the Manuka, which is commonly referred to as Tea tree.
Manuka Honey varies in colour from light to dark amber and has a strong herbaceous flavour.

1 x Rewarewa Honey 250g
Mossop’s Rewarewa honey is sourced from the bushy hills and valleys in the Bay of Plenty and Waikato regions of the North Island. It has a deep reddish colour and a caramel-like flavour, and is also known for its antioxidant properties.

1 x Field Honey 250g
Mossop’s Field honey is a blend of pasture flowers such as clover, collected from fields and farms throughout the Bay of Plenty. It is the perfect alternative to sugar in your cooking, baking and drinks.
