For Australian Orders - The freight price will be calculated at the checkout area when you enter your shipping address. Freight prices are calculated on the weight of your parcel.

What we can control, and assure you, is that your order will leave our depo in New Zealand within 24 hours of receiving your order*
*unless you have ordered Fem Seed Spray – this product is “made to order” and you will need to allow up to 5 working days for this order to be prepared before shipping. (as per stated on the product page of our website)

For all other countries - Our system will calculate your shipping amount prior to purchase and you can choose to accept or cancel at any time.

All information submitted is secure. Your account will be billed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)
Delivery
The delivery method is International Air.
Delivery time will be approximately 10-15 Working days from the date of shipment.
Orders will generally ship within 24 hours via New Zealand Post, subject to payment verification.
Note: In some countries it can take longer to get via the local mail system of your country.
Shipping Cost
International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duty, or customs charges (at their end if applicable). Your local government determines duty and customs charges, which varies by country.
Return policy for international orders
We have a 60 day money back guarantee. You can return any item purchased through our online store. Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase. You will be credited for the full product value on qualifying returns. International shipping charges are not refunded.
Instructions - Pack the items to return in the original shipping carton if possible (or any type of acceptable shipping carton). You must include with the shipment, both the product and the original product packaging. Clearly identify our returns facility address as the destination on the package labelling, and be sure to include and clearly identify the original order confirmation number on the package.

Present the package to any carrier, take the package to any post office counter or drop the package at any authorized carrier outlet to have your return shipped to the address provided. You may wish to insure your package for the full replacement value with your chosen carrier.
Once received at our returns facility we will credit your return, typically within 10 to 12 business days after the package is sent.
You will be credited for the product value of returned items.
