Prices for Shipping

For Australian Orders  - The freight price will be calculated at the checkout area when you enter your shipping address. Freight prices are calculated on the weight of your parcel.

The delivery method we use is New Zealand Post - International Air.

Delivery time will be approximately 10-15 Working days from the date of shipment. Orders will generally ship within 24 hours via New Zealand Post, subject to payment verification.

We would like to make you aware that orders are currently taking longer than normal to arrive in Australia. This is due to the fact that there are still fewer mail shipment services running between our two countries at the moment. (as of Nov 2022)

The current timeframe for orders at the moment is 20 working days (4 weeks) however in some instances, depending on your state, it is taking up to 30 working days (6 weeks).

These delivery timeframes are 100% out of our control!

What we can control, and assure you, is that your order will leave our depo in New Zealand within 24 hours of receiving your order*

*unless you have ordered Fem Seed Spray – this product is “made to order” and you will need to allow up to 5 working days for this order to be prepared before shipping. (as per stated on the product page of our website)

Note: In some countries it can take longer to get via the local mail system of your country. 

Delivery - We do not track international delivery to Australia however in saying that that we have never lost an order going to Australia. It does sometimes take longer than expected but does turn up.

MANUKA HONEY:  As of 12th June 2020 we can no longer send Manuka Honey to Australia. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Glass Items: we do not ship items pack in glass to Australia such as Coconut Oil. 

Salt Lamps: we do not ship any Himalayan salt lamp products internationally.

PLEASE NOTE AGAIN: INTERNATIONAL AIR IS A NON TRACKED SERVICE! - meaning you will not receive a tracking number or tracking updates.

Note: Large glass items
Currently we are unable to send our Blueberry Juice 750ml glass bottle or our Coconut Oil 650ml glass bottle to Australia due to packaging restrictions.
