11/01/18, 23 , 2018

Coconut oil is highly nutritious and rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals and of special interest because it possesses healing properties far beyond that of any other dietary oil and is extensively used in traditional medicine among Asian and Pacific populations.

Pacific Islanders consider coconut oil to be the cure for all illness. The coconut palm is so highly valued by them as both a source of food and medicine that it is called "The Tree of Life." Only recently has modern medical science unlocked the secrets to coconut's amazing healing powers

  • Promotes heart health
  • Promotes weight loss
  • Supports your immune system health
  • Supports a healthy metabolism
  • Provides you with an immediate energy source
  • Helps to keep your skin healthy and youthful looking
  • Supports the proper functioning of the thyroid gland
  • Helps protect the body from premature aging and degenerative diseases

Coconut Oil enhances the digestive system so we would suggest you start by taking just a teaspoonful until your digestive system has time to adjust.  Putting large amounts of Coconut Oil into your system suddenly may cause diarrhea.  Another way of getting Coconut Oil into your system is by rubbing it into your skin, as it is highly absorbed into your bloodstream

Weight Management

The number of overweight people has increased hugely over the past two decades. Many research studies have demonstrated that replacing LCFAs (long chain fatty acids) found in vegetable oils and margarine, with MCFAs (medium chain fatty acids) found in Coconut Oil, and butter, results in both decreased body weight and reduced fat.
