Jim Maskell – Owner Ephraim Health - Product Research & Development / Accounts
Jim does research for our new products, making decisions on how the products will be manufactured, which containers will be used etc.. Jim also handles all shipping and customs work, and deals with our many product enquiries.
Tess Maskell - Owner Ephraim Health - New Product Research & Development / Sales Support
Tess does the research for all of our new products. She also works within our customer feedback and suggestion department making sure her attention is on finding the BEST possible products for our customers. Tess helps out in all areas that need assistance from dispatch to orders to answering some of our more technical customer enquiries.
Kate - Customer Service & Dispatch
Kate opens the mail each day, processes and dispatches your orders and is one of the friendly voices you will speak to when you phone us here at Ephraim Health. Kate also keeps all our accounts up to date and does a lot of our administrative duties.
Joy - Maintenance and Production Support
Joy works part-time for us here at Ephraim Health keeping the premises in tip-top condition inside and out. Joy is also our production support person, helping out with jobs she sees around the office that we may be getting a little behind in.
Heather - Customer Service and Dispatch
Heather is another friendly voice you will hear when you phone us here at Ephraim Health answering our many orders and enquiries. Heather also opens the mail and processes orders and does our order packaging ready for the courier, the labelling of our products, and all the other bits and pieces that keep the business running smoothly.
Diana Hampton - Website Manager
Diana is our main website person ensuring all data and photos are completely up-to-date. Diana is also in charge of website marketing and keeping all our website customers up to date with all the latest products and product news.
Marie Wallace - Health Advisor
Marie works on Monday and Tuesday and brings expertise and knowledge on our health products and their uses. Marie advises our customers on how to make wise choices and decisions and to answer any queries.
