All orders received by 3.00pm each day are sent out the same day COURIER FREE.
Payment can be made by cheque, credit card (American Express excluded), or direct credit. We also have EFTPOS available at our outlet store.
Damaged - If a product arrives damaged in any way, it will be replaced without hesitation at no cost to the customer.
Guarantee - If you are not completely satisfied with our product, we have a 60 day, money back guarantee.

Credit Card transactions are processed via our secure provider Direct Payment Solutions Ltd (DPS ). We do not store Credit Card information on this website nor on our in-house computer system.
DPS have a dedicated and purpose built development and data centre, specially designed for payments processing. DPS are fully certified as Visa AIS and MasterCard SDP (PCI-DSS) compliant at processor level; using an approved QSA for quarterly scans on systems and full onsite audits, annually.
