How to help treat the Candida naturally

First you must change your diet: Candida thrives on sugars so that is the first thing to cut out of your diet. Foods like chocolate, fizzy drinks and sugary snacks should all be avoided and unfortunately while you are fighting the Candida you should also cut out fruit and starchy vegetables like potatoes and yams. Make a healthy diet of non-starchy vegetables, meats, fish, and healthy grains. Cook all food in Coconut Oil, use garlic, onion, kelp, ginger, cayenne pepper, lemon and lime for seasoning. Other helpful foods are pumpkin seeds and turnips.

Take an antifungal: Colloidal Silver is an antifungal which is highly effective in destroying the Candida organisms. It kills of anaerobic bacteria and virus whenever it comes in contact with them, and so it completely supports the immune system against most types of disease and infections at the same time. Colloidal Silver rapidly accelerates the healing of injured and damaged tissues which have often been attacked and consumed by the Candida organisms. Research shows that Colloidal Silver only attacks the “unfriendly” pathogens and will not harm the friendly bacteria.

Coconut Oil: Another tremendously versatile antifungal that is very easy to add to your diet. You can eat it by the spoonful as a supplement, or just use it as a replacement for other cooking oils. Coconut Oil contains 3 different fatty acids, Caprylic Acid, Capric Acid and Lauric Acid that have each been found to be effective against the Candida yeast.

Probiotics: Otherwise known as “friendly” bacteria, probiotics are amongst the most effective natural treatments for Candida. There are 3 ways in which probiotics help to control or reverse your condition. First, they compete with the Candida yeast within your gut.
